Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service.
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected, processed, and shared by us, including on our websites (e.g., fabberapp.com and any other websites that we own or operate), our mobile applications, our APIs, our design tool services, and our related online and offline offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any processing by third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services. It does apply to data received by Fabber from such third parties.
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with our Services.

Information You Provide to Us
Account Information. When you create a Fabber account, we collect the personal information you provide to us, such as your name, email address, and profile picture.
Payment Information. We use third-party applications, such as Stripe, to process your payments. These third-party applications will collect information from you to process a payment on behalf of Fabber. Fabber does not receive or store your payment information, but it may receive and store information associated with your payment information.
Communication Information. We collect personal information from you, such as email address and marketing preferences when you request information about the Services, register for our newsletter, or otherwise communicate with us.
Automatic Data Collection. We collect certain information automatically when you use the Services. This information may include your IP address, user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, details about your browser, operating system or device, location information, and information about how you interact with and use the Services.
Cookies and Analytics Information. We, as well as third parties that may provide content or other functionality on our Services, may use cookies and other technologies to automatically collect information through the Services. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need or legal reason to process or retain your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible, we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
